モデル予報の全データを保存せず、Multiple regressionを求める際に用いるMatricesだけ（サイト毎、MOS予報要素毎、予報時間毎）をセーブすることで容量を節約した上で、（時系列に）最新の300サンプルを基準にまわしていく方法を開発。モデル更新直後の予報にはより重みをつける。

技術的なことはよくわからないが、Practicalにみて格段の進歩なのだろう。
