exampleのhello++.ccでなぜか止まるが、問題なし。
-$MPICHDIR/exampleのhello++.ccのコンパイルでなぜか止まるが、実用上は問題なし。
-$HOME/.ssh/authorized_keysに$HOME/.ssh/id_rsa.pubもしくはid_dsa.pubを追加しておくことが必要。
