Prof Adrian Simmons (ECMWF) "Monitoring and forecasting atmospheric constituents: European initiatives for the provision of climate and air-quality information services".

GEMSの話。GMES傘下にあたる。いろんな物質のanalysis、forecastはできている。それらの相互作用については今後のMACCというプロジェクトで行う。10人の専任スタッフ。
