Improving Subseasonal Temperature Forecasts Without Additional Computational Cost

Researchers from the Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo, and George Mason University have developed a new method to improve air temperature forecasts from one to five weeks ahead—without requiring additional model simulations.
